It contains three different acids to exfoliate your skin and promote cell turnover with 10% Salicylic Acid, 10% Lactic Acid and 10% Citric Acid. These are known as AHA or Alpha Hydroxy acids and are effective in dissolving dead skin cells and give a great exfoliation to the upper layers of the skin. Salicylic acid works on oily, acne prone skin and citric acid provides the skin with a healthy glow.
You will see results after just one peel, with maximum benefits achieved with a course of three or four peels two weeks apart. The timing of the peel is essential, as skin may get a bit flaky two days afterwards before fresher skin becomes evident.
